Teel Realty is running a development-wide open house for all of its listings at Evergreen Village, a 55-and-up community in Upper Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Pa.
Realtors will staff all Teel listings at Evergreen Village from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. They will also provide light refreshments and information.
Evergreen Village is located 2 miles from the Portland/Columbia Toll Bridge that connects New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is 15 miles north of Easton, Pa. The older-adult community is located off of Evergreen Road, which is off of Rt. 611.
Teel Realty currently has 11 homes listed for sale at Evergreen Village, with the highest listing price at $85,000. Residents of Evergreen Village pay lot rental, which includes community services including a pool, tennis courts, water and sanitation.
"Evergreen Village is unique to this area in that it gives residents great privacy and comfort, yet it's convenient to so many areas," Broker Terry Teel said. "Many people buy a home here because they can still maintain a second home in a warmer winter climate, or may wish to be closer to their family."
