New home sales are under way at Country Mews Estates, a new 28-home upscale residential development being built in Washington Township, Northampton County, Pa.
Breaking ground were Broker Terry Teel of Teel Realty, Vice President Bob Geiger of Tucker Development and President Joe Iudicello of International Custom Built Homes.
The new homes will include luxury ranch and two-story homes on large, private lots. Lot sizes range from 1-1/2 to 18 acres and are being offered in phases. Prices for house/lot packages will begin in the low-$500,000s and will vary based on features and location. All homes have panoramic views.
"We knew this was a very desirable location, but it wasn't until the spring that we saw just how stunning the outlook is from these locations," Terry Teel said.
Country Mews is within commuter reach of I-80 and I-78 and within a short drive of Routes 46 and 94 in New Jersey and Route 33 in Pennsylvania. The development is a 10-minute drive from the Delaware River and two minutes from Rt. 611. Homes are also within a short drive of the Bangor Area School District's four-school campus.
